Rachel achieved great results on her 12-week Invictus programme through her brilliant attitude to training, to nutrition, to holding herself accountable, and her overall commitment.
She completed the programme in July 2021, with a huge 12.8kg weight loss, and reducing her body fat by 7.9%.
Completely dedicated to the programme, Rachel's focus meant that she never missed a session, working extremely hard whenever she was at the gym. Her before and after pictures clearly document how far she's come, and we know that her steely determination means that she will continue to get great results with her health, her fitness, and overall approach to life.
