Morning training - how can it help?

The morning sessions at Fortis are always really well attended. There are loads of health and wellbeing benefits our members see from avoiding that snooze button and getting into the gym.


A great morning session boosts your physical and mental productivity, together with giving you an endorphin rush to put you in a better mood. If you're trying to lose fat, hitting the weights early doors helps your body to burn more energy over 24 hours and your metabolism works more quickly too.


Consistent morning workouts are proven to support better control of blood sugars and blood pressure too, and studies show that morning training promotes better sleep!
