Assessing and monitoring your results

There are many measures of success when you work through the Invictus programme, but very often our members come to us because they want to lose fat, tone up and make positive changes to their overall appearance.

 

It is therefore important that we monitor your progress throughout the programme – seeing positive changes can have a huge impact on your motivation and self-esteem, giving you confidence that the process and effort is working. 

 

At the start of your Fortis journey, you will be scanned on our body composition scanner. This amazing piece of kit is designed to do more than simply take your weight. In just a matter of seconds, the Inbody Scanner can quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and body water levels. You will be given a report that details your body composition, not just your overall weight, but how much of it is fat and how much of it is muscle. Throughout your journey you will be scanned again to see the progress that you are making both inside and outside your body!

The body scan gives us an accurate insight into your daily nutrition requirements to ensure our nutrition method can be tailored to your goals.

 

We also ask all members to take measurements and photographs throughout their 12-week course. Again, this can be somewhat daunting if you’re not happy with what you see in the mirror at the start, but it is an important part of the process.  Imagine that 12 week progress photo.
